The bank successfully implemented numerous initiatives including waste reduction (paper and power use), solidified recycling programs across all branches, instituted Green Procurement for office supplies, educated the staff on environmental issues and raised the awareness of the program to the bank and community.

Melmark is a private, not-for-profit provider of comprehensive residential, educational, vocational, and healthcare services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, brain injury, other neurological and genetic disorders, and related challenging behaviors.
Programs are offered in Berwyn, Pennsylvania and Andover, Massachusetts with all programs offered in the least restrictive environment possible.
Today, with a combined staff of 905 people, Melmark serves 1,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, brain injuries and genetic diagnoses.
